I've been dealing with an infected tooth that has been affecting me for some time, tried everything to save it, ended up having to be extracted. Took advantage of the situation to drive some art therapy, while listening to some pretty aggressive synth/electro/cyberpunk style music. As always, Corel Painter as my workhorse, Photoshop for final tweaks.
